This is the worst coffee place to exist. Gloria Jeans is on their way to being extinct and these staff are making that happen even faster. I have come countless times before noon and they’re closed. If by some miracle they’re open when I arrive, my coffee tastes like milk mixed with sugar and no coffee. The staff are always talking and gossiping and talking about how drunk they got on the weekend. The service is absolutely atrocious and I’m so sick of the inconsistency with the hours. The store needs to either get new staff or be tougher on the staff and not tolerate the laziness and bad service. Do better if you want to keep your store open.
It is an absolute joke how often this store is closed when it is supposed to be open. If your website and Google times say the store is open, STAY OPEN! The owner of this store is losing business due to the incompetence of the staff. Second to prioritising their personal plans over keeping the store open, they hardly acknowledge their customers at the counter/window because they're too busy chatting amongst themselves about how messy their weekends were. Fire your staff and get some new people through because these girls are ruining your business.
My daily go to.. Only place worth going to, staff are always beyond amazing, cannot recommend highly enough. Oh and the coffees pretty dope too.

Hopeless store that's never open. If your always closed 1 to 2 hours before your advertised time just change your hours. Stop wasting everyones time. There is a zaraffas just down the road. Just go there instead. There always open and way nicer too.
Most of the time I see the store closed on hours they should be open. My last drink was a chocolate frappe and it did NOT taste like one description of taste was like a mix of coffee, Oreo, vanilla and little chocolate. Something a PLAIN chocolate frappe shouldn’t have

This Place Is Trash. I have gone to this store 5 times and every single time… THEY WERE CLOSED. First I came at 3:45 on Friday and the closing time was 4:00. They said that it was closed. I went again at 3:25, they were closed. Fix your Closing times. The final time I went there was at 2:26. No People, No notice Nothing. This store is trash. Do not go. I suggest spending your money at Zarrafas Coffee. Staff is amazing their and not like Gloria jeans. Fix your staff. The Final Rating: 1/10 /Trash
Girls are always busy giggling behind the counter and serving you seems to be an inconvenience to their day. The server is never happy and seems like there is zero job satisfaction with all staff.
Have to edit this old review. Some time ago they changed their coffee beans. So much better now. Still not the best coffee around but so much better than it was. I actually stop here on a regular basis for coffee. Not great coffee. Actually better at 7eleven
