Gloria Jean's Coffees

Staff are lovely here! I’m enjoying the newer items on the menu, more than just coffee so the little ones can enjoy items from here too. Loving the fruit chillers and the matcha smoothie is refreshing for a warmer day as opposed to my usual favorite caramel latte on the cooler days. Couches and seating do need a little maintenance though.

Gloria Jeans Coffee Shop rating from me is a 12/10. Extremely fantastic service and impeccable friendliness towards the customers. The food is superb as well as their coffee. The service staff are always happy, friendly, polite and courteous. I will definitely keep coming back to this place.

Price wise. Love the consistency! Hot chocolate amazing, coffee always great, beautiful ice chocolate and love l oive love love heated chocolate muffin here !! With cream on side, plus the friendly staff.. love it ! Went here today with my husband and my family, the guy who served us delivered our order to our table where usually your name will be called and you need to pick up at the counter. Great customer service, and he always smile recommend

Average. I had the apple muffin which was rather plain and not filled with much apple or anything else. I also had the passionfruit chiller which was extremely watered down and did not taste very good. Coming from someone who loves passionfruit

Delicious coffee. Had Philly cheesesteak which was also very yum! Nothing negative about my experience!

Quite a good place. Customer service is amazing. Food is 10/10, great assortment of lunches and snacks. Coffee/chocolate chillers are on point too fruit I haven't tried. Chillers are my main purchase and are ~ a dollar cheaper than Boost Juice across the mall, and hot chocolates are quite affordable and absolutely AMAZING. However one small downside to me is that anything containing coffee seems to be quite expensive, and I would usually go across to McDonalds which provides comparable coffee for $1-$1.50 cheaper. 9/10 for me. Always enjoy Gloria Jean’s. food was good and coffee is great. The staff here are really friendly, if something isn’t available they help you find something else that’s great. Only reason for 4 stars really is that it was a bit grimy on some seats/tables but still a good place to stop for lunch.

I was absolutely disgusted by the coffee - I ordered Mocca Truffle Medium with cream on top which I regularly order. Firstly the price has increased by 50 cents which I did not mind paying for premium coffee. However, I was served a milky drink with no essence or taste of coffee or mocca so essentially drink water with a splash of milk. I noticed that a young lad prepared the coffee so could be that he was not adequat trained nevertheless why we customers need to be subjected to such substandard quality paying premium price. I could have had a CIBO coffee full of flavour for $4.50. Will not be visiting this store again - gone off their coffee.

As intimate as having a coffee in the middle of the subway in Hong Kong in peak hour. The noise in the food mall a roar so it’s not the place if you want a peaceful coffee or to chat to the person next to you. Having a delightful time hearing about the woes of the guys behind me. With all the save the earth going on, what’s with the plastic forks for dining in? Also don’t expect service, you order, you’re expected to go down the line and collect. Even McDonald’s brings eat in food to you.

Always enjoyed their coffee. Pity they don't have too many stores as they used to.Food: 5/5
