Glenn Palframan House Restumping

From the moment i gave Glenn a call, he provided excellent customer service and was able to provide me a quote the following morning. He was very honest with his quote and explained in detail the work he will be doing. I agreed to the quote and then the following day the job had commenced and completed. Glenn communicated to me very well and i highly recommend him to anyone who requires house restumping. Thanks again mate.

Glenn called me late one night after I requested a quote. He was interested in the work that had to be carried out. When I told him all I was after was a quote to raise the house and hold for four weeks - he got agitated and started to talk about "it's my gear under the house mate...It's dangerous" He advised he'd been "in the game for over 105 years" (he must be quite old, and experienced) He was worried about my professional excavator guy "damaging his gear" (hardwood timber styes and I section metal beams) even though part of my quote request was to include full professional liability insurance. I am still not really sure what he meant by "damaging his gear" and if he intended to park expensive motor vehicles under the house after it was raised? The point is that he wasn't even going to be present while the excavating, steel posts and concrete pour was going to take place. Before he hung up the phone, he said "I don't want anything to do with ya' ". Great stuff Glenn!! You, sir, are a true professional and have great client service skills. I wish you and your 105 year old company all the best. I honestly hope you will have lots of success with that attitude. Cheers, Henry Gomez P.S. And when I asked you who you were so I could cross you off my list, you said "Don't worry about that mate" So you don't do house raising and don't own any timber styes heh? Look at all the photos you display on Google. Until you learn a little bit of manners, some professional integrity and how to deal with potential clients, you deserve the stars and reviews you get. This guy may be good at stumping, but poor customer service turned us away. He did not like answering any queries.
