Was expecting more. Lovely man on phone.  But on arrival reception smelled funky. I knew then that walking into the rooms would not be impressive. Dirty. Outdated I can live with. But maintenance and refreshing needed as well as a good spring clean.  $135/night is incredible for what you get. Price should be lower to match the standard and quality. 
Will not be coming back to stay. One of the worst motels I have stayed in.

An older style motel in need of maintenance, however, the room was clean and everything in the room worked. Beds were comfortable and furniture nice.
We enjoyed our overnight stay although I must say first impressions of the property was not good. 
Very close to Australia Zoo.

Rude rude rude. Booked a room with the wife of the owner/ caretaker for a one night stay. Payed for it, only for them to cancell it due to overbooked by internet booking and because we were local from queensland and the other booking was an overseas booking. I would never recommend this dump and have never stayed there but if the owner/caretakers attitude is anything to go by calling it a dump is probably to nice.
