Great Food and customer service. Just one of the waiter was bit impatient when asking the drink other other staffs are nice. Entree: we ordered the gnocchi and the scallops. There were delicious. The riverina steak - the steak was cook perfectly and the meat was tender. Dessert: we ordered chocolate pondant. it was amazing, not too sweet too. overall we had great experience.
Awesome venue, beautiful decor, attentive waiters and waitresses. We have the best service with a group of 9. We ordered 3 course meal and the food was amazing. Even kids meal was a hit. It’s one of the best restaurants I have been. Well done and highly recommended.
Very nice breakfast buffet at the Glass Brasserie located inside the Hilton Sydney. Line to enter appears long but it moves very quickly so no issues with waiting. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of options for different types of dietary needs including vegetarians and vegans.
Never disappointed with Glass Brasserie. Last time here was around Xmas , now back again and happy to see menu changes a bit. Still delicious, Beautiful presentation and yummy cocktail ordered Lychee Rose. Great service. I have ordered Kingfish for starter, the winner! Classic Steak Tartar for main...cannot resist this dish!. Finished with Affogato!
Nice food and great service. You can't fault anything they are doing here. They offer a halal menu and make modifications to suit dietary requirements. The waiters are very professional and friendly. The food tastes good.
The venue was truly impressive, with stunning decor and attentive wait staff. Our waiter Karin was so nice and friendly This restaurant ranks among the best I have ever visited. I highly recommend it. I was blown away by the incredible flavors of the food - the wagyu sirloin was cooked to perfection with a beautiful char and caramelized onions, the gnocchi was light and fluffy bursting with flavor, and the creme brulee was just the right amount of sweet and crispy on top. The truffle chips were so crispy and tasted amazing The wine selection was also impressive with a wide variety to choose from. In addition to the excellent food and drink, the staff were all incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. We were also able to enjoy a 50% discount on our meal by booking through First Tables - definitely worth checking out for more great deals on dining experiences.
An amazing experience in a beautiful restaurant. I even got to meet their amazing celebrity chef Luke Mangan. Awesome staff, service, food and wine list. I'm blessed to have shared the experience with a great bunch of people.
Wagyu steak and market fish were good though nothing noteworthy. Plenty of other good restaurants in Sydney for better value in terms of food/taste, service, and vibe. Waitstaff could have been warmer
There are 2 entrances which can be confusing. Arrived at the 2nd entrance and was told by a busy wait staff to head to the front. Opted for the 3 course set, for entree I had the Buffalo stracciatella and my wife had the chicken parfait. The stracciatella felt like an unfinished dish, like something was missing. The serve of parfait was extremely generous a problem if you don't want to waste food, with a small serve of charred bread but not toasted. For mains we both had the sirloin cooked medium. Meat was undercooked, medium rare. The grilled vegetable was a bit strong soaked in a vinaigrette?, But the jus rounded out the flavour nicely. Dessert I had the chocolate fondant and my wife wanted the creme brulee, but had to settle for a coconut rice pudding. Pretty standard fondant paired with some orange pieces. Rice pudding was as boring as rice pudding goes.
Delicious food, good quality, great service and nice . The wine was excellent I would totally go back there again and recommend this place to everyone else. A bit pricey but worth it for dating.
