Should be called the Melbourne Cafe. 4 seasons in one day. Can be amazing, ok, shocking, and pretty average. Some consistency would be super. However,  though I've had some regrettable meals I have not as yet had a bad coffee. Food can be worked on, hire a decent chef as a consultant(The Bogan Deity can recommend a couple), hire the right crew able to listen to consultant, pay them well. Retain those staff. Become a food as well as coffee spot. You've got the coffee right, so something to work with there. Love ya heaps. Ps Fix the food!
