Overall experience at Gisborne Family Dental was excellent. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome to the clinic. 
The premises and equipment are new and modern, and the work carried out by Rachel could not be faulted. She explained every stage of the process and for the first time ever, I had no pain during the procedures carried out, and the days after the visit.
Finally, the costs to carry out numerous procedures were very reasonable.

I have four kids (9, 7, 3, & 1) who saw both Rachel and Jacob, they made them feel comfortable and cracked a joke or two to make them feel at ease in the chair,.  The screens on the ceiling were also a great help.  They also explained everything to the kids as well as me, which I really liked.   I love the laid back feel of the practice but the professionalism of the dentists, a great combination.  The girls on the front desk are also very welcoming.

Reception staff are friendly and professional. Dr Jacob Chan is fantastic with children, explaining everything and making sure the child and parent understands what he is doing. He is very reassuring. The rooms are also modern and meticulously clean. Dentists are not fun places but this one makes the experience a whole lot easier to bare.

Visiting Gisborne Family Dental was a very pleasant experience for me and my family, including my two young children. From the friendly receptionists to the informative Dentist and dental assistant. All staff were great with the kids. I would highly reccomend this business.

We've been taking our kids to Dr Jacob Chan for several years and can't recommend him highly enough.  He's super warm and friendly with kids, an extremely competent and thorough dentist and provides excellent education to kids and adults alike!
