Visiting this clinic most likely saved the rest of my stay in New Zealand. The dentist was truly excellent – clear communication from start to finish and a great job overall. The procedure was painless, and the tooth stopped hurting after about a week.nnAs a foreigner, the treatment was a bit more expensive, but I’m very grateful for the help I received, especially during the Christmas holidays when it was difficult to find immediate dental care. The reception staff were extremely kind and managed to book me in the same day within about half an hour.nnI would definitely recommend this clinic.
My Wife attempted to have her wisdom teeth removed through Amber Dental. We requested that the clinic complete the required work and income dental form the day of the consultation, but despite following up, the paperwork was not completed. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the surgery and had to cancel the appointment.nnFollowing the cancellation, Amber Dental informed us that my Wife was no longer welcome at the clinic. We found this response unprofessional, particularly given that the cancellation was due to the clinic’s failure to complete the necessary documentation.
Amazing experience! Painless treatment, very clean clinic and doctor explained everything so clearly. Highly recommended!
The nice young receptionist went out of her way to make an appointment for me as my temporary crown had come off on Saturday afternoon.nThe dentist cleaned and replaced my temp crown as I still had it,I had inadevertently eaten a Mc Intosh, immediately remembering I had been told not to my Auckland dentist,I pulled the Mc Into sh off my teeth along with the temporary crown.....nThe dentist was professional and informative and did a great job of replacing my temp crown in a very painfree way and pleasant manner.nThe cost was very vreasonable considering it was a SundaynHighly recommend Amber Dental take a bow team much appreciation JohnnFraider
