Amber Dental has been a proud supporter and sponsor of Gisborne Girls High 1st XI Hockey team for a number of years. They have shown our playing team immense support, and throughout the years, have given the girls in the team a fantastic dental service as well. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, approachable and above all, professional.
The team at Amber Dental are very friendly and easy to chat with. They were on time with my appointment which is nice. I had a tooth extracted and the procedure went well and the dentist was great in answering my questions or concerns. The follow up service was excellent I would highly recommend Amber Dental to anyone.
I always have such a great experience here, their work is always of a high standard and the friendly staff reassure you the whole way through. I highly appreciate the call the next day following an extraction, a great opportunity to ease any worries I may be having. Would highly recommend Amber Dental
Highly recommend this dental practice, I have been to a few in Gisborne and the team at Amber Dental is by far the best! This dentist don’t rush, and they explain everything clearly and have great recommendations for long-term care. Not to mention the admin team, they are awesome!
Had severe pain from a back tooth, but wasn't registered at a dentist. Amber Dental registered me and I was lucky enough to get in same day for a consult initially. Ended up with an extraction, which was not straightforward. Fantastic people, with a warm and caring professionalism. A great first experience, and will be getting more work done there going forward. Would highly recommend.
I can highly recommend the team at Amber Dental. Very thankful that we have such a high calibre of dental service here in Gisborne. Going to the dentist, for me, is never an elected choice! However, Jo at Amber has been understanding and kind, engaging with me throughout my treatment, so that I felt assured, safe and confident moving forward. Thanks so much Jo, Jade, Grace and Maisy at reception for treating the patient so well, and not just my teeth!
My experience with Amber dental, Was amazing. From the lovely lady's at reception, then to seeing Rachel who took two teeth out for me. She was so kind & gental with taking out my teeth. I definitely recommend Rachel . Awesome staff. Thank you once again Amber Dental
Great practice, my dentist did a truly fantastic job with my crown. I did not give 5stars because every time I went, I waited long past my appointment time which was not great, but overall a very good service, lovely accommodating and friendly staff. Very good follow up service too.
I have never liked going to the dentist before but my experiences at Amber Dental have changed my mind. From start to finish I was informed what was going to happen and how everything was going along the way. All the staff were reassuring, friendly and professional. I’m actually looking forward to going again !!
I have had extensive work done by Zoon & really appreciate how he explains everything step by step & the technology that he uses is far more advanced then the previous dentists I've used. The hygienist who I was fortunate to see did an amazing job & it was painless!! The young ladies at reception are lovely to deal with & I for one appreciate the follow-up call the next day to see how I am. I actual tell friends & whanau about my experience with Amber Dental. Keep up the Great Work!
