Highly recommend this joint. Love the mussel tapas. Ordered Green Envy highly recommend, Spanish Tom, Fritters highly recommend and Smoked Mussels - chilli my wife finds this dish the best. The food pairs well with the beer as well. Enjoyed our meal tremendously and will be back.
Really nice place! Good food and the wines were very nice as well. Smoked beetroot- goats cheese tapas were divine! Recommendation also to smoked chili -mussels.
Good food for good price..One star short for small list of menu
Fun and quirky bar with cheap $10 plate of mussels. Try their potato thing, it's fun morsels of crunchy taters covered in cheese and bacon. You won't regret it.
As a wellingtonian I thought I knew all the cool wee bars. This place is so quirky and cool. Food is great too
2nd stop. Glad we chose this quirky place to eat. Exceptional mussels that are to die for and food with decent beer. Reasonably priced and an interesting experience. Another great date night for sure. Thank you.
Great atmosphere, the owners are lovely. Had a blast trying local beer and fresh local mussels. I was by myself but would have been perfect to share.
Even thought the mussels are reheated, the sauces they serve them in are fantastic. Very relaxed bar tender and a great dive bar atmosphere. Highly recommended
Delicious food, I loved the fish pie and the chowder! Amazing service, amazing decoration, very reasonable prices! Will definitely go back to this place
Quirky decorated restaurant with loads of stuff to just look at. Very tasty mussels and sides, however the mussel portions are a bit small and would recommend to have 1,5-2 servings per person.
