The director, Ms. Pearl Butler and her associates, are great people to work with. They display integrity and are great expert advisers in local city ordinances. A different experience for me than others unfortunately. Didn't receive the advice I should have, didn't get the result I hoped for, and didn't get an accurate account of time spent. "Buyer" beware.
