I have become a regular, especially because the team are so lovely and kind. They are genuine, always in such a great attitude which makes it such a delight to go to. Two brunette gals in particular are extremley helpful, attentive and demonstrate the best customer service!
The intensity of each flavour is incredible. Lemon and salted caramel were both exceptionally good. Worth the wait, and a little bit goes a long way. Bravo!

Great ice cream but some flavours are okay, I say avoid the coffee because it's a bit too strong for my liking. It's also smarter to buy a tub if you're with a group of friends instead of getting cones.
Adore Messina. My friends and I order from here at LEAST once a week. I know people would consider it expensive but if you split it or don’t! it’s worth every penny. Love love LOVE the cheesecake gelato they had recently but it disappeared overnight :

Best gelati in Melbourne! Staff could be friendlier! I was disappointed at the lack of supervision of social distancing whilst customers were lining up!
You can't help but love Messina. Their unique flavour combinations are so well thought out. You can't get gelato like it anywhere in Melbourne. Never a disappointment!
