Spent 15 minutes serving myself, trying on jackets and searching for sizes while the 2 staff members were chatting away. Didn’t get a welcome or an offer of assistance till after that 15 mins. Won’t bother returning with such service.

The best customer service I have had in a very long time. Staff knew exactly what they were talking about and could back it up. I think I have found my new go to place. The quality of the clothing is second to none, it is just perfect.

The staff were super friendly and not afraid to tell you what looks good and what does not. good selection, would be better with some friendly smile from the customer service. One lady served me was nice, friendly and helpful. The other two were SOUR & IGNORANT. If don't like to be at the workplace, stay home, don't work.
Always love this place! Fired up Skype so my wife and Mum could help choose Dad's father's day presents. Ended up buying myself a jumper too.
