This was our second time visiting Gauge. The food is exceptional, innovative and expertly balanced. The wine list expertly crafted and service unobtrusive. You leave feeling that you have been part of something extraordinary.

Went to Gauge for brunch while visiting BNE. Would call this the best value for money fine dining brunch in Brisbane. Would definitely try out their lunch and dinner next time we go back. Loved the “garlic” bread and crumpets, very interesting fusion of flavours and textures.

The place and the decor look amazing, the food is delicious and the customer service is astonishing!

A brilliant little place which serves a magnificent set menu. Gauge, simply put, manages to live up to the exacting standards of Haute Cuisine, with flair and affordability.

Awesome degustation dinner, the staff and food were both incredible.
