Why have you raised fuel prices just before a Thursday when ever other companies has not this is the 3 week in a row then you drop 3 days after very poor performance from a self service station

Easy access, self serve petrol station.
Now as much as I love this place for fuel, I don't like the fact that it takes days for the transaction to come out of your account, I checked my balance today, and had enough for gas, went to pump my gas and it said my card declined, I thought that can't be right, checked my account, and it took out my gas from last week from Tuesday and Thursday when I put fuel in, it also does this to my wife, they need to fix this asap, then I'll give it a 5 star
The price of fuel here is about 17 cents cheaper than most other service stations
