I was charged per m3 for my product and then they loaded me by weight. Leaving me receiving MUCH less than I paid for. Surely this is fraud?! How tradespeople ever deal with this company in this manner, I do not know. You would end up short on every job and wearing the cost of additional time and money going back for more material. I shall not use this company again and shall only deal with Landscape City in Caboolture in future.
Pretty rude people, especially the lady if you could call her that. Very bogan and patronising. I was over charged and it appears on purpose. This happened both times I have been there. Industry scammers with an attitude to match. Young blokes on the loaders are great though. They should be running the joint, not the arrogant dinosaurs with better things to do than serve pesky customers.
Watch out how they charge. Pretty much all landscaping yards charge by the m3 cubic metre. They charge by the kilogram. If you see gravel for $50, this means its $50 for 1000kgs but the cubic capicity is much less once calculated. This gives the impression they are cheap, but if you work it out kg it can be much dearer than others. Example.... 1 cubic meter of gravel could be 1.6t so a cubic meter would work out to be $80 that you pay, but $50 is the advertised price. Pretty deceptive but guess how they appear cheap when comparing. Make sure you compare apples with apples with this place or better yet, save your brain power and time and go elsewhere.
We bought soil from here garden top soil found the garden to take off tested the soil found had lots of nitrogen in the mix which was good for growth also the staff were very friendly and assisted us promptly as you can see my tomato plants loved the soil. One thing I could recommend with the soil is a layer of sugar can mulch dries quickly.
Good variety of products at great prices with friendly service
Friendly, helpful staff. Gave hubby and I sample bags of rocks to take home to help us decide which ones we liked. Rang an hour later to order and will be dropping off later in the afternoon. Brilliant service.

Excellent assistance from the man working there today. Took the effort to show us pebble sizing, garden edging and talk through our situation to determine the best options for us. Happily registered us in their system and provided a fee brochure.
