The customer service was good, and the lady kindly gave us a free drink after we waited about 20 minutes for takeaway, which we appreciated. Sadly, the food was absolutely terrible. The chicken wings tasted old, dry, and hard to bite, like they were not fresh. The onion rings were completely soggy and drenched in oil, with no crispiness at all. They were so greasy and salty that even after reheating them in the air fryer, they still tasted horrible. The fried chicken taco was just as bad, the chicken was cold, hard, and unpleasant to eat. The food was so poor that we could not finish it and felt like the whole meal was a waste of money.
I usually have quite pleasant experiences when eating out, however I felt as though this experience was very uncomfortable and isn't somewhere I would order from again.nnWhen I came in, it was dead quiet and seemed like there was no employees. I sat myself down and chose what I wanted from the menu. When I went to get served, there was no bell and so I had to call out if anyone was there.nnAfter that, I got told to sit back down, even though I already had my order, and had my order taken 10 minutes later, after they'd already taken another customers order first, who arrived after us. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that I felt like there was no customer service, as I had to get and put away my own menus, get my own drink and ask for tissues even after sitting for 25 minutes. Customers around me were having the same confusion and uncomfortableness, seen by the fact they didn't know where to order and how to get served. The food was okay but not worth the menu prices, my smash burger patty was extremely thin, and the order was wrong. Food didn't taste bad but isn't the standard you'd expect for eating out. The onions weren't caramelised and the meat was paper thin. No one was happy with their meal afterwards and this isn't somewhere I would recommend to friends or family.nI'd also like to add that I think alot of the reviews may be fake as they are incentivised to leave a good review to get a free drink.

The menu covers a wide range of fast food–style meals, all served in moderate to small portions that let you sample a bit of everything.nnThe staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to help, which adds to the overall positive vibe. It’s definitely best to book ahead, especially during busy times, as the wait for food can stretch out when the restaurant is full. While the quality is decent rather than exceptional, the concept and service make it worth giving a try — especially if you enjoy variety and freshly made comfort food.
My boyfriend and I went here yesterday for the all-you-can-eat menu for our date night, and we were really excited to try it. At first, the service was quick and the staff seemed quite friendly. However, after we received our food, one of the servers made an odd comment about my meal because I had removed a few ingredients I don’t like, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.nnThe food itself was really good, which made the experience even more disappointing. We ordered the sweet and spicy chicken, and on one of my last bites I found a hair in my food. I calmly went up to the service desk to let staff know and to order more food, but there was no one there to assist us.nnSeveral staff members walked past the desk and into the kitchen without acknowledging us. I completely understand if a restaurant is busy, but at that time there was only us and one other couple dining in, along with a few Uber drivers waiting to be served. After standing there for around five minutes without any assistance, we decided to leave.nnIt was really disappointing overall because the food was enjoyable, but finding a hair in the meal and then being unable to get any service afterwards completely put us off.
Dined here on the weekend with Hubby. Drove an hour to try it out and it was definitely worth it. Food was amazing and so quick! Customer service was top tier. Got to meet the awesome owner who made us feel very comfotable. To top it off the price was really afforable. Highly recommend
