So many quality pot plants and flowers available, the staff is also very patient in answering all the questions. Thanks for bringing so many lovely flowers to lighten my lockdown life.
Great nursery. They have a great range of high quality plants, some of which are hard to find elsewhere. I went in one day seeking two standard David Austen roses. They didn’t have any in stock, but said that they had a contact who could get them in a couple of weeks. Less than a week later they had them in stock for me!
The staff is so sweet and polite! They are the only ones who called me back when they had stock of a plant I really wanted. I will always go back to them. Thank you so much!!
Maybe I got her on a bad day but whilst I got great service from the gentleman over the phone, I then turned up and politely asked the lady for confirmation of intended purchase to fix an issue with my plants and was met with an abrupt ‘I have no idea’ along with an I don’t care to help you attitude. Disappointing ‘customer care’. Will take money elsewhere next time.
Great range, but incredibly great service. I bought a heap of Terracotta Pots and Potting Mix, I'm a 27 year old male, but they still helped carry my stuff down and across the road to my car. Will keep coming back! Cheers guys!
