Called in on the Saturday to have a look....the guy working there certainly needs to attend a customer service course...felt like we were imposing....anyway we called back on the Sunday to purchase  a portrait and a quirky clock....total cost £329.00....opens at 11am....we left at 11.15....still shut....wont be going back.

The painting I took in to be framed was ok. The customer service was dire. I arrived this morning at 10:10, opening time is 10:0. When the guy did arrive at 10:15, there was no apologies no greeting just a gruff "do you want to come in"? This was followed by a similar gruff "you'll need to stand outside until I've brought some things in". When I was given my framed painting it had corrugated card stapled to the corners by the framer, no wrapping and certainly no protection with bubble wrap. A poor experience.

I have been in to Gallery lots of time's,  I have bought lots of thing's over the years, The lady who owns the shop has always been not only very professional but incredibly friendly. It's a beautiful shop with something for everyone . For me I can't speak highly enough about them, a genuine pleasure to do business with them.

I asked the guy to get an ornament down off a shelf so I could have a better look at it and he visibly pulled a face ,the tone in his voice made me and my wife feel we were being a nuisance and interrupting whatever he was doing at the desk,he lost the sale because of his attitude,he really could do with going on a customer handling course,I vote with my feet and I won't be going in there again.

Very friendly art gallery, small but cosy and my wife would spend a lot more if I let hee

Great little gallery this. I think it's owned by Grant Searl a local artist. Bought a few of his works.

Women in the phone had an awful attitude that awful that I went home and threw away all my art
