We take specialized orders over the counter for hard to get titles of any genre including Sci-Fi, Horror, Westerns, Musicals, Romantic Comedies, War Movies, Docos, Fantasy, Arthouse, Foreign Films, TV Series and Alternative Movies.

All of our DVD's are for weekly hire at very competitive rates. We have some very good specials, just ask our friendly staff for details.

For collectors we also sell hard to get VHS title that are not currently available on DVD or Blue-Ray.

So many DVD's for rent, and rare ones too! Movies that you certainly can't get on any of the streaming services as well as new releases for really great rental prices. The customer service is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Go there, Go now!
A true treasure of a shop, fantastic range of rare and special titles - a must visit for film buffs. Its also a cool community to be a part of. The owner is also a great mentor for anyone wanting to start up a new alternative video shop - he cares a lot. But its just a great place to visit for renting cool films you have never thought of before - classic/cult ones you have heard of - plus they have a good ex-rental section to help your personal collection get better. Scifi, Russian scifi, horror, Italian horror, anime, monster movies, B-movies, trash, straight to video, Ausploitation, EVEN MOVIES YOU CAN LITERALLY ONLY RENT IN THIS SHOP and much more .. Perhaps the best shop of any kind in the Adelaide CBD.
If you are a film lover in the Adelaide area, this is the place for you. A treasure trove of film culture with all the cult titles you could wish for, run by people who are passionate about cinema. Wonderful store!
All movies can be streamed in the horrible World of the digital age & for free, I won't say which free streaming service i know of, which has every movie ever made on it, I wouldn't want to put the very nice man at the rental store out of business, I'm really happy he still has VHS tapes for sale, I really miss them
