Ram did a quick and good job for my Wof and fixed what need to be fix quickly and for a reasonable price.

I am a new customer of Ram and he offers great service. I spoke to him on the phone and within one hour I had a leaking exhaust pipe welded. A great bonus is that I can pay off the $100 I was charged. I recommend G & T Auto 2015 Limited, 5 Malvern Road Onehunga, near Te Papapa train station. Excellent service and pricing and great staff.
Another time, I needed to have my transmission replaced. I was offered a courtesy vehicle, a great price and it was done in a day. Great work by Ram and his staff, highly recommend using G and T Autos 2015 Ltd to everyone

After reading few recommendations and positive review about Ram at G&T auto, i decided to take my car to Ram@G&T auto although my experience was very bad.
First time, I first took my car for WOF and that experience was good, its a simple job, was done in 20 min, no issues. 
I had a minor front fender bump/scratch, rust on my car thus decided to give it to Ram to get it fixed as well.
He quoted me $X to fix the car in 3 days.
He gave me a courtesy car as well, good on him.
On 2nd day he calls me for another $y on top of $x (I lost my confidence on him right away)
Then every day he calls me to tell, collect your car next day from 3rd day to 6th.
When i got annoyed on 6th day then very aggressively yells at me on phone and told me that "don't make me lose my mind". 
Really, you're in a service industry and talk to customer like that.
Finally I picked up my car on 6th day, and after waiting so much for the sake of getting better job done on my car and paying extra than quoted, what do i get is a very poor job. Paint job is very poor, no finishing, paints on bumper and corner, misaligned bumper and top of all very poor customer service. Needless to say I've to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed properly. 
I wont be going back to him again and thought of putting this review to caution others.

We got screwed over on a new car purchase even with an inspection, but Ram helped get us up and running again and kept our costs down. Was an expensive fix but I am confident it would have been much more expensive anywhere else in AKL for the work that was done. He also provided us with a courtesy car for a couple days while our vehicle was in the shop. Would recommend if you want some good honest work done.

I always take my car to Ram for its WoF, no appointment needed he does a thorough check and discusses any work that may be up coming. I'm very pleased with his service
