Won't be going back to furniture zone in masterton anytime soon.  Bought a chair paid cash and with in two weeks fabric on chair where it opened up to a foot rest had frayed. Took it back  to store. They offered an exchange but couldn't happen till sometime Feb. So I asked for money back. I also felt it would probably happen again as the fabric had no give.  As I paid cash you would think they would refund cash but no I was told I would have to wait at least two weeks and they wanted my acc number. I said under consumer guarantee I was allowed to ask for my cash back or I would accept a payment by eftpos. Was rudely told not possible. So now I stand and wait no pun intended.  Like I said won't be going back there anytime soon
