5* .. staff are very friendly, we got a mattress and ordered a table and chairs of the lads, my daughter is happy out with the new mattress and we got our table and chairs today , absolutely delighted with the table and chairs and we also got mats for the doors which are brilliant... very reasonably priced also .. definitely recommend a visit , thanks again lads .. Staff so helpful . Nice furniture and reasonably priced
I bought a mattress on the 2nd of July 2022 and right from the first night the mattress was terrible to sleep on. I rang on the 4th, 5th and 6th of July and also left messages for someone to call me back and I was totally ignored. I even dropped into the store and spoke to a sales person and i was told that the manager would contact me the following Monday morning and again ignored. When i eventually got to talk to someone on the phone i was greeted with anger and told that if i wanted to return the mattress, i would need to go down the legal route. To say I am discussed with the quality of service is a complete understatement, firstly I was never told anything about any return policy and instead of a proper printed invoice I was given a handwritten one. I have seen the same mattress on the Internet for €370, but I paid €500 so the prices are daylight robbery. The customer service from your staff is disgraceful and your after sales care is nonexistent. I would not buy a thing off this company again, stay well clear of these cowboys
They have a lot of stock of freestanding kitchen dressers, dining and sittingroom furniture and beds upstairs. I was asked if they could help me after I had a good look around but didn't feel under pressure to buy. I found exactly what I was looking for and they can deliver it next day which was great.
Absolutely the best place in Ireland to purchase a bed.Very friendly and amazing helpful.
Very bad customer service, conflicting information from two different sales men on two different days, Conflicting information from the sales man on the second day. We were basically told that what we wanted could come with a choice of colour,handles and size of top. One of the two we wanted was slightly flawed,so we decided to order two and collect them later. We were then told that if we ordered them and they came flawed we would have to take them. We were flabbergasted by the comment but were then told that these were the last two and we would have to take them " as is " because they weren't making them anymore. Very bad customer relations skills.
Great shop have done business with them before and have just ordered another piece of furniture from them and look forward to receiving when it arrives in store.
Moved to Drogheda the start of August . Couldn't find a sofa I liked anywhere. I was recommended Furniture options from start to finish the staff was so so helpful and all their stock is beautiful and great quality I would highly recommend this company. :
