I had researched the product online, prior to attending the store to view colours and see the product. It took 5 minutes to have a representative come up to us, too busy talking about a facebook post, it was very clear that we were looking for a particular item. Then the representative treated me like a child and advised only one colour was in stock, which was not in the colour catalogue next to the product. The representative guessed what the colour was. Luckily the colour that has been delivered was a nice colour by the way there is a difference between the colour advised and colour delivered. Not impressed by the sales representative, lesson learnt just buy a product online. And guess the colour, as the online colours are never a match to the real colour anyways. When buy from this store, also note that cancellation incur a 20% fee and you only receive a store credit. Which is BS. I do like the product but that is due to my own research. Honestly, save yourself time and go to living emporium across the road. The staff are nicer and greet/ acknowledge you on entry
After looking from store to store, we found the perfect bed for our teenager at Furniture Bazaar in Midland. Geoff was very helpful and patient despite all my questions. The bed was easy to assemble and looks great. We loved the bed so much that a week later we went back for the tallboy and bedside table. Geoff was happy to see me again and remembered me by name. Great customer service and lovely furniture to boot.
Excellent customer service from store purchase to delivery and “Tarun” from the store rectified a glitch immediately, which was very much appreciated, as other places I’m sure wouldn’t have done anything about it. They’d also asked if we were RAC members which saved us quite a bit of money they didn’t have to do this as we had no idea we received a discount . We purchased a bedroom suite and it is absolutely beautiful and very good quality! We’ll definitely be back to buy more stuff soon and no I don’t work for these people nor am a friend/relative, this is a genuine review

I have been hunting around for furniture for my new house at a few stores. I liked the service offered by Adam, the store manager at Midland. He helped me in selecting the right furniture while working out the floor space from my floor plan and looking at my other selections like my floor, paint and cabinetry colour. He made me feel so comfortable asking all the questions in studying their products and worked out a best package price. I purchased a fair few pieces from him. All the best Adam and Furniture Bazaar Midland !
I spent some time in the Furniture Bazaar Midland and ended up purchasing a beautiful recliner, called the Excalibur which I am excited to be taking delivery of next week. I found the Store Manager Adam to be very helpful with information on the different products which helped me to arrive at my decision to choose which recliner to purchase. Also on arrival at the Store I was greeted by Mark who was also warm and friendly and helpful. So I am very pleased and happy with my experience at Furniture Bazaar Midland and I would recommend this store to anyone for their Great service and Lovely product range and terrific helpfulness from Adam and Mark.

Quite disappointed with the lack of clarity by the company. Being promised the couch delivery 10days after my purchase. It’s been 6 weeks and still no news on what’s going on. Can’t cancel the order otherwise I’m $340 out of pocket because the agreement you sign. RAC discount is nice though
Staff was helpful and friendly. His atitude was not just selling.
