Got a 2 inch lift done just recently by Scott and the fulcrum team on my LDV T60, now some mechanics and car blokes are a bit biased and not really bother with these things but the guys did a terrific job!! Easy to talk to and will answer all your questions and concerns. 10 outta 10 would recommend!Service: Steering & suspension repair
Scott’s knowledge of suspension is better than just about anyone I have spoken too. I haven’t fitted the supplied kits yet. But if your looking for 4x4 suspension I’d be giving these guys a call.
.Had been supplied with the wrong u bolts from head office in Queensland and my mechanic said the suspension needed longer bolts .Contacted Fulcrum at Packenham and they couldn't have been more helpful. They replaced the u bolts with the correct ones and even did a wheel alignment without charge. Very impressed with this business. Will be going back for my ongoing wheel alignments and other suspension needs . Would recommend Pakenham Fulcrum to anyone. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Regards. I ordered a fulcrum 2 inch lift kit for my dmax online and had my usual car mechanic install the kit. I had issues with a clicking noise because the kit hadn’t been installed properly. To resolve the issue I took my car down to Fulcrum Suspension in Pakenham where I was looked after by Scott. They reinstalled the kit how it’s supposed to be, greased everything and did a wheel alignment. To my pleasant surprise they didn’t charge me a cent and I haven’t had an issue with the car since. Don’t make the same mistake as me, go straight to the people that know what they’re doing. Top quality blokes and service!

Booked in quickly for some work. Scott and his Team have done some great work. Will be back with them again, if I need something else done
Went to these guys for an issue with my front suspension, Scott apparently the workshop manager made me feel like my rig was some junk telling me things like they don't touch installations done by other workshops & his boss said he wants no part of being involved with it & told him he didn't even want to hear about the issue & Scott who seemed like a real nice bloke when I spoke to him over the fone, before I actually went there was just the opposite in person. I figured all he wanted to do was Diss the 5 & half grand Bilstein suspension lift that I had got done elsewhere. Ok I agree that the guys who did the installation stuffed up & whatever else but what's the need to make the customer feel like its the end of the world when the issue can he fixed & he eventually booked me in giving me a quote of $650.00 for the job & then calling me repeatedly & sending me text msgs to reschedule my missed appointment. I can't seem to understand this logic of slandering another person or businesses job. I came to you with an issue I already advised you about..fix it if you can I'm willing to pay whatever is required to do that
