Wagyu Beef is very good. Personally I recommend the Ki-ku set. Fried rice is a bit too soft, soggy and clumpy. What I expected is flaky and light fried rice because it allows the individual flavors of the ingredients to really shine through. That’s why I give 4 instead of 5.
Jim was a fantastic chef and all the food was delicious! The umeshu was a little expensive but well worth trying too! Will recommend this place to my friends

Good was great, took a while for our chef to start cooking about 2 hrs but we heard one of the other chefs cut a finger off. Oops
