Everyone who works here is extra nice. The staff will make sure you're okay but without any pressure or push to purchase anything. They also have some incredibly nice shoes at pretty great prices.
Reasonable selection of male shoes and boots. Limited stock of sporting shoes and sneakers. Looking for male sport shoes, I would probably go elsewhere. I would not call it bargain store thought. In my opinion, there are no big discounts. You may get $5 - $10 off of recommend retail price of leather shoes/boots priced $100-$200. Female section is at least twice the size of male's. With shop assistants, it used to be below average. Today there was a young girl on the floor, very friendly, trying hard to help shoppers. However I would say that was an exception, based on my previous experience. Cashiers were still average.
Great range and competitive prices. However, the customer service from the sales assistants is severely lacking. I had to return a pair of shoes which started to fall apart after only a few months in; I wear them to work where I work in an office like environment so they're not subjected to extreme conditions. I was greeted with contempt because I took them in and requested an exchange. The first sales assistant even suggested that that is because I wore them. Really? They're shoes! That's their function. It's not like I used them for jogging. They weren't cheap shoes and were of a reputable brand. The manager was a little more accommodating than the sales assistants that worked under her but even she seemed a little annoyed. This team seems to have no concept of "customer service" and this is coming from someone who works in hospitality and has worked in retail. I would recommend shopping here strictly for the range and prices only. Just don't expect a smile and warmth when being served.
Great place to come and find some discounted shoes for ladies, men and children. Many types and styles to choose from. If you come in summer it is extremely hot so suggest coming in the early morning when they first open. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful.
Huge range of men's and women's, mostly catering towards the business / office needs for men but also with work boots and a casual selection larger amount for women. Brands are plentiful as are sizes available i.e. you won't be caught-out if you're in the average range. Great value for money as you'd expect.
The store is massive and well organised. I love the way the keep the shoes on display at the entrance organised by style and the one on clearance at the back organised by size. The people working there are super nice. The overall shoes quality and price is average made in china, but they will last at least for the season they will be on trend.
Just one thing Not Happy about the place is about 1 staff member, who did my payment , found in a receipt her name is Jun, over sized and Caucasian. Unfriendly and unprofessional attitude.Other staffs member are very helpful except her. She just need to stay home or find better place fit her than working and making the company reputation go down.
Huge range of shoes laid out in an easy to find way. Not just heels either, proper sporting shoes, decent flats and sandals. Men's and women's sections and also some parking available at the front. Staffing is minimal but those there are usually pretty helpful.
I bought my first nice merrel sneakers here.The price of them is really reasonable and inexpensive because they are on SPECIAL. I got my reward for this two-hours looking, trying and comparing.
The review is for womens shoes. Lots of $20-60 shoes. Unknown brands, average material and quality. There is some discounted Merrell stock there. Hush Puppies, Supersoft etc cost as much as in Myers and sometimes even more, I. E. no promotions like in department stores. You can check their prices online before going there. Busloads of tourist shoppers are brought in on weekends. Otherwise it would've been empty. Not worth it from my perspective.
