Exceedingly rude. I am from interstate- I had come into the pharmacy to obtain a witness on some documents urgently. Upon entering I could see the pharmacist just gas bagging with the other middle aged woman working there in her office. I asked on if the shop assistance if the pharmacist was available to witness the document- she went into her off and requested her assistance to which she replied 'tell him I'm to busy'. I could see her sitting in her chair. The shop assistant came out and told me she was one her own and was not able to help. I pressed the issue as the document had to be signed and returned urgently. The shop assistant went back into the pharmacist- still in her chair- still chatting, and requested she come out again. This time she was noticeably irritated by my persistence and told the assistant to tell me that I can go to the bank, the solicitors office, or the police station for this- why do I need to bother her? 'Tell him to go somewhere else'. Suffice to say I was gobsmacked. I am unaware if this is normal response for a small town business to actively ignore out of town era, or if the weight of menopause was weighing heavy this day, but I would encourage people not to support such a rude, and obnoxious individual.
