It’s a small supermarket and in Picton, we tend to come here as it’s convenient with parking and there’s a cafe next door. Choices are limited, e.g. no pork ribs, garlic are $60 a kilo, carrots are all bagged no loose ones to pick from. But otherwise it’s fine if you’re just in town to pickup essentials e.g. tea, coffee, milk, alcohol, bread, sausages, cleaning products, etc. and you’re just staying in the area for a holiday. It’s never a mess, shelves are well organised and the place clean. The layout of the supermarket is a bit weird as half of it is designed in a way that blocks off access to the checkout counters so you have to do a big walk around to get there if you need to get something at the other end. There’s self checkout kiosk with staff assistance if needed as well as manned cashiers where cartons are provided instead of plastic bags where you can box your own goods or ask for assistance. Accepts Eftpos, cash and credit card.
Small one. I canmot understand the logic to find the things, but they have a great variety of items.nI had no single interaction with any employee so I don't know about the service quality.nA good thing is that there is an nzpost stand where you may drop your mail.
It was super busy because of Easter and the staff were lovely, especially the guy who had picked our online order and helped get it for us. Thanks for making it really easy
The supermarket has an ample variety of snacks, foods, and beverages. For a crew member working on a cruise ship, it is the go to place for snacks and cleaning supplies.
Clean store, friendly staff and found all I needed. Some great discounts in store too!
