I went in to see if I could get a glass of water as I needed to take some medication and the lady I asked was very rude. The first thing she said to me was ‘can I help you?’ Not even a hello and even the way she said this was like she thought I was dirt beneath her feet. So me being me said to her ‘just wondering if I could get a glass of water as I need to take some meds’ she looked at me and said ‘no I don’t know try across the road’ and this was the same answer when I asked if there was a bathroom I could use. She could have said ‘sorry there aren’t actually any bathrooms here’ or ‘unfortunately our bathrooms are reserved for the building staff’ instead of being so rude about it. I was going to get a coffee and food there but now? No way in hell.
