Oh my gosh Nicola is outstanding. My order was very last minute, there were issues with the courier incorrectly classifying address as rural, resulting in Nicola personally delivering the gift on a public holiday so that my sister would have it on her birthday. The bouquet and gift box are beautiful. Highly recommend Fresh Flowers Kaitaia :-

Very happy with the service. Wanted to send some flowers to cheer a friend up before I from Auckland could travel up north to visit her, did a google search, found Fresh Flowers Kaitaia and liked the presentation of the flowers and the gift selections. Will order again in the future.
I have always used these florists and have never had a bad experience. Nicola is great and always ready to help out - there’s been a few times where I’ve set the wrong date or put in the wrong information, and a simple message has always resulted in an easy fix. They’re super accommodating and willing to go the extra mile; sometimes I send flowers to my friend, usually with strange requests i.e. “laugh at their sunburn when you see them” and it’s always met with good humour. Despite living in Auckland 4 hours away, I am always confident that my orders are delivered on time, and always looking beautiful. Super grateful for the team and would HIGHLY recommend to others

Nicola and the team are awesome. , I have used their services for a number of years now after been recommended them by my sister in law...all recipients of flowers I have had done by Fresh Flowers have been delighted by the freshness of the blooms and the inspiration put into the design of their arrangements. The bouquets we received when our mum passed were beautiful and lasted for so long. Nicola is so creative and always so accomodating when delivering to flowers to us. Would recommend using her services every time!
