Oh my gosh Nicola is outstanding.  My order was very last minute, there were issues with the courier incorrectly classifying address as rural, resulting in Nicola personally delivering the gift on a public holiday so that my sister would have it on her birthday. I have always used these florists and have never had a bad experience. Nicola is great and always ready to help out - there’s been a few times where I’ve set the wrong date or put in the wrong information, and a simple message has always resulted in an easy fix.  They’re super accommodating and willing to go the extra mile; sometimes I send flowers to my friend, usually with strange requests i.e. “laugh at their sunburn when you see them” and it’s always met with good humour.  Despite living in Auckland 4 hours away, I am always confident that my orders are delivered on time, and always looking beautiful. Super grateful for the team and would HIGHLY recommend to others
