After having the added cost of returning a damage product taking from me my time and money to return items.if I payed for delivery they it would have cost the $160 at there rates they dident reimburse me. This isint over.
The lady running the shop was very impolite. Rude and unhelpful. Almost felt like we were wasting her time despite being paying customers. Love this shop itself as they have excellent deals on furniture but definately was disappointed with the customer service at this store in particular.

Very annoyed not able to get a refund rather than a store credit. Was not given opportunity to speak to the decision maker. Will reluctantly have to shop there to use my store credit but that will be my last purchase there. Unless someone out there wants to give me a better option. My store credit is $866.
