I'm a local but first time I've used this place. Went to fill up my diesel car. As soon as I pulled the trigger, lots of air?! blasted out the nozzle. I tried a few times & it kept blasting, basically diesel coated shots of air pressure!!?? I stopped went inside & told them. They said try another pump. I did, & that worked fine. Went to pay, & they insisted I pay for the first pump as well. I honestly reckon I got near zero diesel out of that one, just got my hand & arm coated in it! It may only of been $6 , but 100% that pump was faulty. WIll not go back, nor recommend. Not cool
Wow just pulled up for double cupping my coffee like everyone does everywhere ever, 8:50pm 3/3/2022. Fine, i'll never buy there again, hope that's worth the 5c for a paper cup.
I went to fill up my car around 12:30 AM this morning, and whoever was working the night shift could definitely use some training in professionalism. While I was pumping fuel, the attendant spoke over the speaker and told me to get off my phone. I only had it out for a few seconds to transfer funds to pay, and I put it away shortly after, no harm done, and I moved on.nWhen I walked up to the night window to pay, she aggressively repeated the warning about not having my phone out near the fuel pump. At this point, I’d already complied, and I felt the point had been made the first time. I told her that I heard her earlier and proceeded to pay. Trying to lighten the mood, I asked if the phone rule was actually dangerous or more of an old wives’ tale.nShe went from 0 to 100 instantly, telling me there were “fing signs everywhere” and to “take it up with the fing government.” I was honestly taken aback and just laughed it off before walking away. I understand people have bad nights, and I genuinely hope hers improved, but that’s not an acceptable way to speak to a customer.nnI’m leaving this review in hopes that management can address this and ensure staff treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.
Insisted that, even though pump hoses are designed to fill near or far side, that they're not to be pulled, instead we should turn the car aroundl. Utter nonsense.nnYour policy lost another customer. Will never spend another cent in this business.
Good service and friendly staff. Really close to the Gold Coast airport. Cheapest fuel among other brand. A little tricky to fill the fuel for bigger cars or trucks. I rented a Land Cruiser and came here to fill the fuel 2 weeks ago, so yes really tricky.
