Freckleberry is my happy place! I've ordered online a few times and always pop in when I'm in Melbourne. Well worth the drive from Derrimut to grab thank you gifts and treats to take home with me, as the products are always first class. I've bought IWD, Father's Day, and Easter treats for my local and interstate  workmates, which are always very well received.

I placed an order online Monday afternoon, 48 hours later my chocolates were at my front door. I called and advised I needed them by Friday and they were freshly made and came 2 days earlier. I suggested we look here for a chocolate gift a friend was wanting to purchase with particular flavours in mind, even though I’d never been here before. However I was somewhat familiar with the business, being a local.nWe were blown away by the exceptional service. They were so helpful and friendly, in really what was just a small and basic purchase.

On 13th June I had organised for a speciality chocolate done. I also bought a mm block and a heat block. My daughter and I picked all these lovely goodies and not only did the staff treat us amazing, but they surprised us with a brief but fabulous tour. Freckleberry Factory with all staff are awesome
