Stop 131 is on the light rail line, Tram Route 96 between East Brunswick 
and St Kilda, stopping at Acland St. It's a fairly fast trip from here to Acland Street. 

The major problem with this stop is that there isn't really much shelter from inclement weather and seating is very limited. 

Small tip: If there is ever a holdup or long tram delay on this route due to a breakdown or tram track works or due to some other thing then walk down Fraser Street towards the beach and head to Stop 140 on Park Street. It's just 3 blocks or 15 minutes walk away from Stop 131 and here you can catch the Route 12 tram. It's a little slower but will at least get you to Fitztroy Street, St Kilda.
