I’ve just had the most amazing experience purchasing from this dealership. Across the various components of buying my new car I was in contact with Ben, Peter and Nick. It has been a completely smooth buying experience and I was so grateful with all of the support in landing my absolute dream car!! I’d give a minus score if I could, worst experience ever, after 3 Fords never again. Took almost 4 months to repair and no communication at all. My last three cars have been Fords but never again. You can’t escalate to manager you can only talk to a junior and they have high turnover, 4 different ones in a few months. And don’t bother calling the dealer they will never call you back.
I recently purchased a car from Frankston Ford, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After the sale was complete, I attempted to reach out multiple times with questions and concerns regarding the vehicle, but my calls were completely ignored. It’s clear that once the sale is made, they have no interest in providing any further support or even responding to their customers.nnThe lack of communication, professionalism, and care for post-sale customer satisfaction is appalling. I expect much better from a reputable dealership. I would not recommend Frankston Ford to anyone looking for a dealership that values customer service.nnTerrible experience overall, and I regret purchasing from them.
I can't recommend Frankston Ford enough, especially Ashley! I had been going to Coffey Ford for years with ongoing issues with my steering wheel, but they were never able to diagnose or resolve the problem. Ashley stepped in and not only identified the issue but fixed it efficiently—outside of my Ranger's warranty, no less! The professionalism, expertise, and care shown were second to none. Thanks to this experience, I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here in the future. Thank you, Ashley, and the team at Frankston Ford for outstanding service!
