I can't recommend Frankston Ford enough, especially Ashley! I had been going to Coffey Ford for years with ongoing issues with my steering wheel, but they were never able to diagnose or resolve the problem. Ashley stepped in and not only identified the issue but fixed it efficiently—outside of my Ranger's warranty, no less! The professionalism, expertise, and care shown were second to none. Don't trust Frankston Ford service department. They do not do what they have been asked to do and do not want to know about your complaints. They just want your money and for you to move on. They will find anything they can to charge you extra on a service and did not complete the works on my most recent visit until I complained about their workmanship to the service manager. Find another dealer to service and repair your FORD, I will be looking elsewhere.
