Just bought a vehicle here and had the pleasure of dealing with Josh, who went above and beyond to assist us in every way. Very smooth process. Highly recommend Josh if you're looking exceptional service.
Bought a Kia Carnival here from last year. Dealt with a guy named Jarrod who im my opinion is the worse salesperson ever. Soo many issues and promises that were not delivered by this company in general.nnFinance was sorted on our part in a day, meanwhile their finance team had assured that only their finance gurus can get the quickest deal faster then anybody else. Then started giving attitude when turned down for our own. TypicalnnNext they tried to sell a few unescessary extras eg. Tints and protectors. The tints we decided to do and would take a few days to do so that was fine. Till this day the car doesnt look like its been tinted at all. Just a waste of moneynnNext spare keys were promised they would be delivered but never showed up. The handle in the boot to ‘put back seats down’ was broken we didnt notice till we got back to melton 1hr 15 drive, side guard of front bumper also sticking out.nnBeachside Volkswagon after a million calls and a major original complaint on here which they pleaded for me to take off told us to take the kia to the nearest Kia to get car fixed and parts sorted, only for us to go there and no appointment or parts were ordered which was real embarrassing. Then not answering calls when called to sort out. Which was real fustrating. Twice we went there with same result.nnFinally weeks later they call and say if we pay for parts and etc and they will compensate. Which I dont trust at all. Since then I have not heard from them, which im not suprised. They were quick to take payment but move like ‘snails’ when we needed assistance.nnI will never trust this company after being lied to over and over again. Never got our moneys worth and will be trading this car in, so were not reminded of the terrible experience with ‘Beachside Volkswagon’.nnI HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
I could not be more grateful to Beachside Volkswagen for all their efforts with my new purchase.nnBen, Alex and the team provided an outstanding experience; from the moment I was interested to purchasing the car and beyond.nnI could not speak more highly of Beachside and their service. Also, I must note that it is worth the travel for their service - as it’s far from my local dealer, I knew and based on prior service and purchase history experience that they were the right people to go with despite the drive.nnMany thanks again!
