No doubt the pizza the owner make is delicious and very authentic, but just like everyone else, the waiting time is a stretch. But you can tell he works hard and has alot of passion for what he makes.

I love the pizza here so much, it’s awesome value, the Quattro is coated in about a cm of blue cheese. Heavenly. HOWEVER… every time we order takeout, they consistently quote us an ETA which is way sooner than the actual time. Twice I have been waiting in my car for over 30 minutes. Just tell me honestly how long it’s gonna take. I’m getting takeaways because I’m busy, I don’t have an hour to park outside your damn restaurant waiting for the food. Otherwise, perfect.

Wow, I haven't had that flavour in a pizza since I was in Sardinia in 1993. This place is the real deal if you want a real pizza. I'm so happy to know I can get a pizza in NZ now with real ingredient.Food: 5/5

The pizzas are amazing here. I got two different types and loved them both. The prices are very reasonable too.

Man this solace screams authentic family owned Pizzaria !! Italian kiwis From the second you enter the door and get very warm welcome the owner. My partner and I absolutely Rate this place as the best pizza in Auckland ..no joke,it’s the best! We live in Parnell and we still make the troop over every time we want a pizza and we are pizza lovers. I always try “Francesca’s choice” that’s my fav or the prawn pizza is 10/10 I hope you enjoy and you make your way over there! Also the white cheese gnocchi is the best iv ever had in my life!!!! That’s a must try. Hope this helps .

Great authentic pizza. Best to come and wait as when busy can take some time. Def not a fast food experience. Italian authentic

Francesca's is a great pizza spot, one of the few that use wood fire. The pizza is great. Made by authentic Italians. Wait times are unfortunately not so great. Expect at least an hour of waiting or order ahead and put some washing on. Alternatively, try some of the freshly made desserts begging to be eaten. Or just grab a pasta, it's much faster. Bring on the expansion!!

Amazing pizza in the true Italian pizza Napoli style. Churro?sp hand prepares the ingredients himself daily and is a master pizza maker having learnt in Naples where he grew up. If you love authentic Italian style pizza then Francesca's is the place for you - best we've had in Auckland. Small informal eat in area but you do feel part of the action and his able assistant Mia always has a story to tell. At peak hours expect to wait a while but hey in Italy you don't rush good food. If you really don't want to wait call ahead.
