First of all my room was filthy , hadn't been cleaned, fleas in the carpet , fly's constantly buzzing around the room , filthy dirty duvets and underlay , manager did nothing about it and had to clean it myself , removing all the bedding myself , microwave didn't work , jug was broken , ripped torn dirty curtains , manager is a lazy so and so who makes you feel that any request is too much to ask , drug pusher living in one of the rooms selling crack in fact was living between Pillow's and this place ,i left pillows which was nothing but a dirty crack den to encounter the same dealer at this place , things of mine were also stolen from this motel and the ranch slider lock was broken .makeup on the hand towels and the owner sat upstairs dictaring whether I could have visitors or not ,Shelly the manager took two lots of my money after she told me I hadn't paid , said I wouldn't be able to stay if I didn't pay again even though I had proof of overnight payment  and it took me all week to get it refunded as it seemed to much work for her to refund me my own money...dirty, filthy and broken down, lazy management , Would not recommend to anyone , management needs a complete overall

Great location, close to the shops and beach. Was disappointed with the motel - we booked two rooms for 3 nights and neither was serviced at all during our stay so had to go looking for basic supplies (loo paper I pinched from another unit as was unable to get anyone at the office mid am).  Wasn't looking for  5 star but do expect a certain level of cleanliness and feel broken/smashed power points shouldn't be left.

Lowest service ever.

Cancelling our international booking that was confirmed. I was in the air when they sent a solitary email.

They didn't even seem sorry or care.

I am a professional traveler in my trade & its the worst experience i have had for years.

I stay here at present full time as trying find perminant houseing Iv given a 3 as I'm not going lie say best motel in town , but let me say it is best in hoist way shelly An her lovely husband Scotty are two amazing people who are managing this motel to the best of their capabilitys An on the allocated funding owners allow to be used back into motel, this motel is amazing with so much to offer An could I beleave be a 5 star motel if funds were allocated for paint, carpets , An furniture / fittings , An really just be Modernised up n I sit listening n reading reviews n shelly cops the abuse it's not her money she isn't allowed just renovate she does best with what can do An has, An sadly is nursing her very unwell partner whichon it's on for anybody is a unbearable situation losing a loved one but she still gets up cleans rooms had no help for so long, but thankfully for kind hearts of people who stay I watch the compassion of many offer their time to help shelly. I help most days with room as I used to clean motels years ago as she has a man she loves dearly sliping away from her An no body should b alone An have worry with things she does so befor u leave reviews that r so extreme An untrue to b spiteful I no how clean these units are now as I clean them An they are hygienic clean just look but rough on walls as needs ain't An carpet worn we get them carpet cleaned regularly all linen changed daily . Best of all it's safe here the environment has a family homely holiday scene An everybody here is here to help An it's just a really genuine place to b so DONT always judge book by its cover as things aren't always as they seem. May not look flashiest but bet ul have more fun than most the flash ones u to scared move in as don't won't pay damages if happen . Come stay guys ul have a ball

I got a studio unit in may 2015 for $110. It's a little family run motel, and you can notice the cost savings everywhere (but you get what you pay for so I'm not bothered). Everything is clean and the owners are friendly. There was no online booking system, which is a bit strange these days. No ironing board in room, I wanted to iron stuff, but I guess I am in a holiday area... Maybe there was one available, I didn't ask. Would come again
