Forestway Pharmacy

Forestway Pharmacy have really friendly staff and great service. They have a huge variety of products from medical supplies to make up to gifts. If you have a question about your prescriptions or medication interactions, the pharmacists take the time to explain and answer any questions. It is a great local store that offers genuine service!

Disgraceful. I will never spend another dollar in this store again. This morning I attended this store with my two year old and waited for 10 minutes to be served. I walked up and down every aisle searching for products that couldn't be located. Not once was I greeted or even acknowledged. There were five middle aged women in uniforms standing behind the counter but they were far too busy talking about the merits of the new diaries available in Kmart to even look at me. I waited at the counter with products in hand until their conversation changed to talk about someone's new baby and then tossed the items onto the counter and walked out. Why did any of them bother turning up for work today? It certainly wasn't to work. I called the pharmacy several hours later and spoke to the manager "Chris". Chris claims to be the business owner but he was completely disinterested in my complaint. Fine Chris, I'll take my $138 purchase to the chemist at Glenrose. The staff there greeted me as I walked in the door and served me quickly and with friendly service that is completely absent from your store. Chris couldn't even mutter an apology, all he said in return was "I'll take your feedback under advisement." You take it where you like Chris, I'll be too busy telling everyone I know to AVOID your store and the gaggle of clucking chickens you call staff.
