Swimart Frenchs Forest

I really have to give these guys 5 STARS. I have recently moved into the area and am a first time pool owner. Not knowing how to care for my pool I simply ignored it through the winter only to have it turn a rather nasty colour. I went to Swimart simply because they were next door to may favourite Thai restaurant. Brandon and his team came an assessed my pool and made recommendations to get it back to a healthy state. The crew then came a brought my poor pool back to life. A Big thanks to Ian for all of his hard work. I must say what a wonderful bunch they are. It is really nice to belong to this community, really decent people. Now my pool is swim ready and my UK family can enjoy their first Aussie Christmas relaxing in my pool.

I had a few issues with broken pump pipes, called the shop and the had someone come out the next day to rectify. They communicated and arrived when expected and were clear around the costing. Great Customer Service Brandon Hill! Thanks for the quick turn around......

I tried this shop again after a couple of years shopping elsewhere. I don't usually write reviews, but found the staff both friendly, helpful and considerate of my age. It was nice to have a bit of a laugh as well. My back really appreciated the assistance getting the chlorine bottles to my car. Thanks Glen

This place has changed! I was served by Andrew, the new owner. Very knowledgeable and thorough. The shop looks so much more inviting and they had all of the chemicals I needed. They even offered to deliver them to me. I'm happy to recommend this business, friendly, courteous and professional.

Looks like some great new owners have taken over. Very clean and welcoming shop! Were nice enough to refund my chlorine drum deposit even though I haven't been to the shop in a long time. Glad I won't have to drive to forestville for pool supplies anymore.
