I walk past this footmotion shoe shop many times but never went in until yesterday. Always thought they are more of a specialty store only for people with podiatric. How wrong I was! I wish I went in earlier. The upstairs is the shoe shop I am reviewing. First up, the customer service is second to none, the best shoe shopping experience one could expect. Ella is a fantastic shoe specialist who is knowledgeable, confident, and most importantly, passionate about finding the right shoes for me. The range they stock are hand picked, not the whole season's catalog from big name brands but a selection of selected brands to offer a solution to each person's needs instead of focusing on selling more pairs. That is a different approach to most chain stores. To my surprise the price of my shoes was really fair. I was expecting to pay more than other shops because of their personalized service. And frankly I would be equally as happy a customer even if they did. All in all, footmotion has become my new favorite shoe shopping one stop solution. Wholeheartedly recommend to everyone, with or without podiatric.

Steve and his team are amazing. They ensured I had the perfect fit with their scan technology so interesting to see and I left the store in no pain at all - and I'm still pain free. Cannot recommend them enough.
Was fitted with good shoes as l had pain after work. No pain today. Awsome. Very happy
