Visited on Boxing Day for the sales. They were running a queue outside, one in / one out, which is fine. What wasn't fine was how rude the security guard was in his treatment of customers waiting to get in. When we went the queue was really short, so not clear that it was even a queue. We thought we could just enter via any door no signposting at all, and when we went to the wrong door he basically just pointed at the door and grunted at us! Hilarious, but rude.

Nigel was amazing. He assisted us in the best way possible and made our shopping experience great.
Loved the store and its fabrics. Staff need to be made aware of the specials advertised in the store. Burnside is not the only culprit seems to be prevalent in a lot of your stores. Asked why I was not getting the 30% extra off as advertised on already marked down fabrics. Blank stare. Then "this has not started" then "this has finished". Then "show me". Come on spotlight lift your game.
Better choices than Nike but no great offers here So pricing would be a concern... Guess going to JD helps for that
This place honestly deserves 10 stars but Google only lets you give it five, unfortunately. I went into Foot Locker Rundle Mall yesterday afternoon to purchase a pair of shoes that were out of stock at my nearest Foot Locker. I was greeted by Holly and Kerryn who were some of the most lovely, approachable sales people ever! I showed them the exact shoe I was after and within no more than 2 minutes I was trying them on. Kerryn helped me with my purchase, grabbing the size I was after from the back of the store and assisting me sizing them. We also had a lovely chat which I won't forget as often you don't receive such personal treatment like that in many if any other places. Overall, I would completely recommend Foot Locker Rundle Mall and thank you to Kerryn in particular, you are truly a star!!
RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER HUELEY Just bought a shoe from them and found it bit uncomfortable and big size they rudely said NO for an Exchange and spoked in a very bad manner gonna never buy any thing from them in future better go another seller.
