My girlfriend and I wanted to check out this place when she came from interstate and I’ve been meaning to check Club X out for years now, never got around to it though and as she’s never been to a establishment like this before, I thought I’d head in, check the place out and get familiar with it before she arrives so she can feel comfortable there as well. I spoke to the assistant manager Will, who was extremely helpful, very professional, welcoming, understanding, made me feel safe, and answered any and all of the questions I had, gave me a wonderful guided tour and made me feel very comfortable. My partner and I will definitely be heading back there and 100% recommend this place! If you’ve ever been thinking about going here, check it out! Will was awesome, very helpful and professional.

Worst Adult Store ever, brought item it was faulty and damaged they would not return it blamed us for it. They claim to be Australia's number 1 Adult Store do your research before believing there false advertising there reviews are bad and according to Apac they are not number 1 Naughty By Nature Adult Store won best Adult retailer for 2023 so will never buy from Club X again. the person with pink hair and a diaper pin ? through their nose aggressively shoved me into a wall during my visit and mumbled offensive language at me under their breath. will be sure not to return, very uncomfortable with the atmosphere created by this person.
