DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. I am out of pocket $660 and I didnt even get a sleep study test completed. This business will put the hard sell on you for a CPAP machine before you have even had the test done. I was advised by the staff person that all their appointments had been cancelled for the week and not to worry if I couldnt get the testing unit back in time. I advised them I am a shift worker and on call and may not get to complete the test on the first night. I returned the machine without even opening it. I was then harassed to pay a $250 per day late fee. I tried to call the business to get the fee waived and the staff person yelled at me. This scam business then referred my late fee to a debt collector and I was charged even more fees. The debt collector then broke the privacy agreement and shared information over the phone without my consent or doing an identity check. I was then advised if I didnt pay the now $660 they would come to my house to collect the debt. I paid the debt only because of the constant threats. I feel for the elderly and disabled clients these people see because they are rorting people who are just trying to get medical help.
Exemplary service and customer support by Zoe and the staff at FNQ Medical Gas. They are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Highly recommended
The ladies that work at Air Liquide cans office are most helpful I didn’t have an appointment but it was no problems to be seen they were able to provide me with good information about products that I required whilst vacationing here in Cairns I didn’t bring my concentrator with me and I was able to hire one from them they also were able to supply me with backup Cylinders to ensure that I was able to be cared for during the Coverd 19 times thank you again ladies very helpful
