great coffee and nice service and staffs : we had chicken curry and fried rice with beef skewers. Chicken katsu were still crispy even curry was on top! Also fried rice! Very generous amount and quality! definitely visit again. I knew now why reviews were so good here! Xx you guys made beautiful weekend !
10/10 for food, service and value for money. Will definitely be back. We came for brunch so was able to order The Ultimate from the breakfast menu and the Calamari Salad from the lunch menu. So impressed with the quality and taste. Well done!!!
Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long for food or drink, which was of very high quality! Excellent mocha coffee which came with a complimentary biscuit!
Have been coming to flute cafe for many years now and never disappointed. Very good food with plenty of very tasty options. Reasonably priced for the type of food and service. Parking is hit and miss but generally not to bad. Would recommend if your looking for a good breaky spot
So disappointing as I have visited this cafe several times before and the food had always been exceptional. First problem today is we used the QR code on the table to order, and even though it processed and sent a confirmation email, the order had not gone through. Great thing is that by using this online ordering is that you can SEE exactly what you are getting. Only problem is when it turns up looking very different, and does not have most of the ingredients listed, then there is disappointment. I ordered crunchy noodle salad with chicken. Four ingredients in the description were missing. Bahn Mi dressing was not this flavour but a very odd sweet, almost berry flavour. Not nice. My daughter ordered vermicelli chicken salad. They had no vermicelli so asked if it was ok to substitute with Asian rice. We agreed but what came out was both over and under cooked and gluggy and clumped together with all ingredients mashed in together with again a weird sweet flavoured dressing. She could not eat it. I would normally always chat to staff about this but my daughter hates confrontation so we left. Sadly I will not visit again given the food quality.
Had a wonderful experience at this Cafe. My table was greeted upon entering and had our drink orders served within minutes of ordering. I had The Ultimate and was impressed with the food overall as it was a good size for the price, could easily be shared by 2. the waitstaff were exceptional, pleasant, smiling and checking on our table. I would happily revisit in the future
Had my day off yesterday and decided to give Flute a try. We ordered a skinny cap and one soy flat white as usual. I thought my coffee was okay, but not one of the best I have had. It was just a bit too much on the bitter side and was not as smooth I would have liked. Can’t comment on the soy flat as I didn’t have any. Food wise, we grabbed their signature egg Benny and scrambled eggs on toast. Portion wise, I thought both dishes were great. Flavor wise, I thought the scrambled eggs were much better than my Benny. I thought the bread was perfectly toast but remained soft in the middle. Couldn’t figure out what type of bread they used but it was quite flavorful. The scrambled eggs were tender and went really well with the pesto. As for my Benny, I thought the hash stack sorry I forgot what it was called was amazing, savory and creamy, and not overly greasy. The Parmesan cheese crumbled on the eggs were a nice touch. Apart from the flavor, I thought both dishes looked a bit boring and def not look as appetizing as they sounded on the menu. The service was prob one of the best we have experienced. On arrival, a very nice lady greeted us and another staff member, who was equally nice and friendly came out and took out orders. All staff were very attentive and helpful.
I visited flute cafe on the 29th of April. I was greeted by a very kind and polite staff member and was quickly offered a seat. I ordered 'The Ultimate.' Service was very fast and professional, the food was absolutely wonderful and the staff were very kind. I especially commend a staff member who's name I believe is Nick, for his outstanding service, attitude and kindness. Thank you flute for a wonderful experience. Parking: Plenty of parking around 11 to 12 o'clock.

My first experience at Flute was a very positive one. We had booked ahead for Sunday morning and just as well we did,. as the place is very popular. Plenty of outdoor seating and limited indoor seating, however they could have twice the seating and the place would probably still be packed. Now, let's be honest with each other. I do not spend a lot of time in fancy establishments, so it's relatively easy to impress me with good service. So I'm really trying to impress upon you on the level of service when I say the service was *great*. The young man who served us was professional, polite, read the order back to us and followed up on our requests very promptly. The food was delivered in a very reasonable timeframe, and given how many people were there and a constant flow of walk ins, showed how the kitchen keeps good control of the place. The coffee was strong and the smoothies delicious. One of the girls had a Chocolate Brownie, which - fair warning- will require a spoon to consume. In fact, the only downside would have been, given it was a hot day, water was offered at the end of the meal, though in fairness, we had all been quaffing coffees and smoothies with our meals. Will be visting Fluke again.
