Grate to deal with over the telephone every time and very accommodating and always make a very butiefull arrangement.

When the person who got the flowers I sent cried and said "she has never gotten such beautiful flowers in her life before", that in itself is a better review than I can ever write. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and of course... beautiful flowers!

We just came in last minute from Adelaide - needed flowers asap, no problem!  5 mins and we had an amazing bouquet to take to a sick mate in hospital!  Thank you so much! Just what the doctor ordered for our mate!  The look on her face when she saw the flowers was so worth the 6 hour round trip.  We are so grateful!  Thank you for your service and we love all the other gifts in your shop.  Cant wait to come back when we have more time.

On a warm day, this florist left a bunch of flowers on the doorstep, with no water. The carnations were dead and the other flowers were wilting badly. Given that I was only away from the house for 2 hours, I question how fresh they were from the start. I immediately phoned the florist, who was very negative and off-hand about the whole thing. She told me to complain to the delivery  person. Surely, this is the florist's problem, not the delivery person's, or mine. A sad experience, for a sad occasion.

Jodie has the most wonderful floral arrangements! They are always spectacular, delivered on time  and her customer service adds the perfect touch to the experience.

Unfortunately I paid top dollar for flowers and a day after delivery they drooped. Very few actual flowers included for the price. I rang to inform them and while I understand that the florist does their very best I was told that they had no control over the flowers' performance and they could not do anything about it as I should have taken the flowers back to them so they could see. I do not live in the area. I trusted JL to do a good job. Disappointed $155 dollars ill spent on a special occasion.

Delivered the most beautiful bunch of flowers to my parents who were on a holiday at Barmera for their 50th wedding anniversary thank you so much they were absolutely stunning
