Called three times during business hours to which there was no reply. By the time I got down to the shop they had decided to close at least an hour early due to "weather". A strange excuse noting the 0 knots of wind and clear skies... Would recommend investing in call-forwarding technology to a relevant mobile to at least advise your customers when you can't be bothered to show up or wish to lounge in the afternoon sun. Either that, or update your promulgated business hours - something along the lines of "whenever we feel like it" may be more accurate.

Very poor customers service, asked if I could swap a small plant over in a pot and apparently doesn't know the price of there own stock.. Would have been happy to pay the extra but was told no. Not sure why are in business if it's not to sell your product..

I've had the pleasure of shopping at this wonderful florist several times over the past couple of years & have never been let down. In fact, as I write this I am looking at a beautiful arrangement I purchased for my wife 15 days ago, and it still looks great. The lovely owner & her staff always give great, cheerful service and advice. They have a great range of products to suit any budget and occasion. I highly recommend this wonderful florist, I won't shop for flowers anywhere else.

I had come into the shop today to purchase two lovely bunches of flowers for my mum & mother in law. The owner/manager was so helpful, polite & showed me which ones I should pick out after discussing with her what i was after/liked to buy. I will be back & I will be recommending this florist to all my family & friends! Thank you once again.

I had a worst experience of my life especially on Mother’s Day. I visited the shop to get two sets of flowers. There was difference in one set as it seemed a little discoloured as compared to other one. Asked her very nicely to the lady that these two are same set of arrangements but why one looks a little different. I have tried this florist several times and each time have been disappointed, the lady at the front seems racist and so rude. I was going there believing every time that May be she is going through a bad day or something. Still gave her a chance. But, no idea that she can go to that level and asked me to get out of the shop. Also, showing the rude finger while I was leaving from the parking. No customer service at all and lack of professionalism. I believe in supporting women entrepreneurs but I could not believe what I had to go through today and especially on Mother’s Day. If you have self-respect for yourself then say no to this place. I hope this doesn’t happen with you or anyone else from your family.

Great florist to deal with the staff are always polite and helpful and happy to accommodate any request, great pricing with same day delivery, will definitely be doing business repeatlively. Again thank you for the service my wife was very happy with her birthday flowers cheers Mark

Disappointed with the customer service, did not acknowledge when walking through the door and attendant did not seem like she was interested in helping when enquiring about flower options.

I have been a happy customer of Mawson Lakes Florist for many years. Sasha and her staff have always been friendly and helpful and made some lovely arrangements that I have had delivered to family and friends for those special occasions. A few weeks ago Sasha made a beautiful pink arrangement for me to take up to Mt Crawford Forest for my daughter Emmas' memorial site. Channel 7 were filming it and the camera crew even commented on how lovely they were. I have no hesitation in recommending Mawson Lakes Florist.
