Terrible company to have any dealings with. No courtesy to nearby neighbours. Burning of old fencing materials and yellow toung flooring Then threatened with violence when asked to stop burning materials. Police were called multiple times as there was fighting between tradespeople. The owner of the company was arrogant and rude and just didn't care. What a disgusting company this is.
These builder are currently building in Mont Albert and have no consideration for the adjoining resident / businesses. The lane at the back of our business is used for access to our carpark and is continually being blocked by these builders. Despite repeated requests for them to advise us that the lane would be blocked we are never informed and cannot get into or out of our carpark. Business has been lost due to these builders causing us to miss meetings with clients. No consent from the council was first obtained to use the lane in the first place as required bu the Building Regulations 2018. Attitude very poor when asked to move trucks, cars etc to permit access.
