Very happy with my recent purchase of a lift chair for my 90year old father. The ILS team at Box Hill were super efficient and helpful. They processed my order promptly and went above and beyond by managing to get my chair delivered within a week of placing my order. Would happily purchase again from ILS and would recommend them as a great company to deal with.
Following an absolutely dismal service and prolonged delivery from ILS online orders Sydney we could not even get a telephone or email reply to our non delivery so contacted Poonam at Box Hill in Melbourne and like a saviour on a white horse she with the help of Dan and Aryan quickly resolved our non delivery issue. Head office should take note of Poonams approach to customer service and I would deal with ILS Box Hill anytime but On Line NSW I will give it a miss.
I would like to compliment Poonam Oberoi on her explementary help with finding me a new mattress. I had a very bad experience with Fisher Lane in Abbotsford so was very hesitant at trusting the advice given to me. Poonam has totally restored my faith and in future I would go to her for any of my needs. Poonam expertly analysed my needs and directed me on the right path to a mattress that suits my needs. Thank you Poonam - job well done.

Great experience at Box Hill ILS, the showroom manager, Poonam Oberoi, was not only very knowledgeable about the products but was helpful, warm, professional, and efficient, highly recommend it.
Went in for a oxygen concentrator for the father in law and this place was fantastic and he got exactly what he wanted for a great price and they organised for the hoppers crossing store to charge it overnight and I picked it up thanks everyone for your help
Purchased a Lift Chair after looking at them at another supplier. I rang the Balwyn office to place the order and the Office Staff were all very friendly & helpful and organised everything without any problem at all. The chair was considerably cheaper than the other supplier, even with the added extras of Fabric Protection and the Special delivery fee which included setup and explanation of the chair controls to my 94yo mum. The Warehouse staff were friendly and helpful and even managed to get delivery 3 days before Christmas and the delivery guy was amazingly patient and helpful. An all round positive experience. Highly Recommend.
Shopped with this company through online services. Shockingly bad and unprofessional service. Ordered a walking frame online, and was given an internal tracking code, which after 2 days showed up as the order completed on the company website. Emailed the company to find out how this package was being shipped, got an AusPost Tracking number that constantly did not show up in the system for the next two weeks. Emailed the company back twice in regards as to the delay for over 2 weeks, and why the tracking number was not working, never got a response to either of these emails. Ended up having to chase down through AusPost, who eventually located the package and had it delivered a few days later. Would not recommend this company. I'd give zero stars for this poor and lazy service if I could. Shop somewhere else that actually appreciates their customers.
I have been having problems locating a solution for my 90 year old Mum who is suffering from pressure sores. The staff at ILS Balwyn have been fantastic and while the situation is not yet resolved, their support and assistance 'above and beyond' has been greatly appreciated! We have considerable family experience with such companies and would thoroughly recommend ILS Balwyn ahead of all the rest. Thank you Jacqueline and the team.
I cannot recommend this store enough. The manager, Jess, was not only extremely knowledgeable about the products and what would be appropriate for my friend but was warm, friendly and sensitive to the needs of people living with restricted mobility. She also went out of her way to give us the extra help we needed after poor service from other assisted living stores. Even if you're not sure what you need, pop in and Jess will point you in the right direction. Also there is parking right out front with a disabled parking spot.
