I followed Dr Jho from his previous clinic to Florey last year and our family couldn’t be happier. We’ve been seeing him for many years and trust no one else with our dental care. Our entire extended family sees him!nnDr Jho is exceptionally honest, always takes the time to clearly explain treatment options, and is never pushy. Over the years we’ve had a range of treatments including root canals, crowns, cleans and splints, all with excellent outcomes.nnThanks to his ongoing expert advice, we’re also much better at maintaining our dental hygiene. Highly recommend Dr Jho to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and caring dentist.
I had a really positive experience with this dentist. From the outset, it was clear they have a very strong knowledge and everything was explained clearly, and without rushing. I’m very nervous about the dentist. He took the time to walk me through my options, answered questions and made sure I genuinely understood what was happening and why.nnWhat really stood out, though, was their bedside manner. He was calm, reassuring, and approachable, which made a huge difference in what can often be an anxious environment. I’m coming back for sure!!
First visit last week and very impressed so far. The friendly receptionist helped me get an early appointment and then even called back when there was a cancellation. The space is clean and comfortable, with all staff wearing masks. Both the dentist and the hygienist were friendly, patient, and kind, explaining clearly what they were doing and answering questions. No one felt like they were rushing me.nnExcellent local dentist; I'll be returning.

I first contacted them due to a severe toothache, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Receptionist Anne was incredibly helpful and managed to book me in for an emergency consultation on the same day.nnDr. Jho was kind, patient, and thorough in explaining the issue with my tooth. He took the time to check everything carefully and accurately diagnosed the problem. They provided a clear quote for the surgery, and there were no hidden costs, which I really appreciated.nnWhen I experienced severe pain before my scheduled surgery, Anne was again amazing—she liaised with Dr. Jho and managed to move my appointment forward. She was flexible, thoughtful, and provided excellent customer service throughout.nnThe clinic itself was spotless and well-sanitised, which added to my peace of mind. My husband also had a scaling treatment there, and Dr. Jho was just as dedicated and professional in his care.
A great clinic with dentists who care and work within your needs, budget and understanding to help meet your needs. You will understand the process and breakdown of all treatment and they will never recommend treatment they don't think you need. They do their best to accommodate any requests and do well with children and dental phobia.
